Geoff is the senior developer of the Smart8 tools. His focus is to enable and guide leadership capability and team success through greater self-awareness. He coaches executive teams, and facilitates change for individuals, organisations and communities. Geoff was CEO of Just Solutions, CEO of the Pathways Foundation, and CEO of Odin Institute Australia Pty Ltd prior to founding WorkSmart8.
Dieter is a business performance facilitator and executive coach with over 30 years experience, specialising in leadership and organisational development. Working with BMW (South Africa), Dieter was responsible for Leadership and Development; as well as playing a significant part in changing the BMW culture to one of Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvement.
Since moving to Australia, he has specialised in executive coaching and leadership development working with both private and public sector organisations. Besides consulting, delivering and facilitating a range of leadership skills, Dieter has also managed and mentored a large team of specialist L&D consultants.

Leah has extensive experience facilitating communication, coaching, education and development with a particular focus on relationship building and stakeholder and community engagement. With a broad background in business, coaching, counselling and
education, Leah has worked in a range of contexts, including the area of personal and relationship coaching, social sustainability and social capital initiatives.

Francis (Frank) Handy
Francis has a background in conflict resolution, facilitation, mediation and training. He received his LL.B. in 1988 and his LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution in 1998. In 2006 he created one of the largest mediation and arbitration practices in Canada, and practiced litigation at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt. In 1999 Frank founded the Trillium Group in Australia, a conflict resolution consultancy.
Frank has conducted many multi-party mediations and negotiations with individuals, corporations, and government agencies. Accredited to the National Standard for Mediators in Australia since 2008, he has designed and conducted numerous training and consulting projects focused on more effective management for individuals and organisations in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, the USA, the Caribbean and Africa.
Margaret Johns’ commitment to personal excellence and fulfilment of human potential underpins all that she does, passing on useable skills.
Margaret is a dynamic consultant, leading educator, professional accredited coach and learning and development specialist with more than 30 years experience in creating and facilitating a broad range of learning initiatives – including 20 years’ consulting experience and performance coaching of individuals of a very wide range of ages and situations, both professional and personal, including CEO, Directors, GM, general staff and individuals. She has a thorough working knowledge of government and corporate environments.
Key strengths include exceptional facility with communication, interpersonal skill and accurately determining specific business and personal needs leading to effective strategies and outcomes. An outstanding public speaker with high energy and motivation.

Carryn has a degree in Clinical Psychology and has spent the last 25 years in Behavioural Science. She was Academic Head for Behavioural Studies at Damelin Education Group and has lectured on the topic for several years. More recently she has set up a Counselling Practise and has been working in Corporate Coaching.
Carryn is passionate about helping individuals understand both themselves and their relationships with other people. She has presented a number of seminars enabling them to do so. She assists individuals in coping with career challenges, change and stress. Her coaching focuses on behavioural interpretation and interpersonal skills development to help individuals improve their lives both within the workplace and at home. Carryn lives in Sydney with her husband and two children.
With over 15 years experience as a Project Manager, Dan has successfully delivered multi-million dollar projects managing large teams of people. His corporate experience has been in IT and Telecommunications working for companies such as Vodafone, BigPond, Optus, Soul and IBM.
Dan began coaching decades ago, helping people achieve their personal and career goals. Fuelled by his passion for understanding personal transformations he formally began professional coaching in 2008. His commitment to providing the best coaching service for his clients is demonstrated by his extensive studies in coaching. His qualifications include Transformational Life Coaching, the Institute of Executive Coaching and Post Graduate Coaching Psychology at Sydney University.
Brendan has eleven years experience in the mining sector at senior and executive management levels. He has led substantial change management, transformation of team dynamics and workplace culture—including the delivery of leadership, personal and professional development programmes. Recently led the curriculum development and delivery of a national management development programme for senior site managers and corporate operations, HSEQ and HR managers.
